Ashley is naturally a problem solver and her life experience has led her to coaching from a young age often being the go to for problem solving for friends, and colleagues and then becoming a go to for advisor for corporate growth, creative problem solving and business strategy for both entrepreneurs and large corporations. 
 
Originally from Canada, Ashley relocated to the UK in 2019 becoming a citizen in 2024. She brings with her, a long career in large construction insurance and surety bonding as well as entrepreneurial experience across a variety of industries.
